Due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. During this time, I want to reach out and update you on how we’re approaching the situation at RML.
First and foremost, our hearts go out to anyone who’s been impacted by the virus, either
directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery. We are truly inspired by the selfless healthcare workers around the world who are on the front lines working tirelessly to care for people in need.
We are still in operation and servicing all our customers, we will keep you posted with further changes as and when they occur
We are following Government and Public Health England advice and measures have been taken to ensure the health and wellbeing of our staff, customers and suppliers is maintained.
All of our employees are an important part of our working family and many of our employees will typically be working remotely with our customers through digital channels as much as possible. We hope this shift will be relatively smooth and we will continue to deliver the highest levels of performance, availability, and service.
