Since Corona virus hit over a year ago and the country went into a national pandemic with ongoing lockdowns, we have all faced extremely hard challenges, both mentally and physically. Whether that’s losing a loved one, being made redundant or even watching someone you know struggle, it has affected us all in some way. No one is alone. No one should ever be alone, which is why it is so important to continue working to help spread awareness of mental health issues and keep talking!
